VeriWalk is jobsite documentation for subcontractors. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@veriwalk.com and we'll answer in plain English.
This page covers the website — pilot requests and messages you send us. The VeriWalk app keeps everything on your device and is covered by its own app privacy policy.
Your evidence data is yours
The scans, photos, floor plans, timestamps, and reports you create in VeriWalk belong to your company. We store them so you can use them, share them, and export them. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not use them to build anything for anyone else.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your evidence to anyone. There are no data brokers, no ad networks, and no marketing lists built from what you give us.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us — your name, company, trade, phone, email, and region when you request a pilot spot or reach out. We use these only to talk to you and set up your account.
- Your documentation — the scans, photos, and reports you capture, stored under your company's account so you can get to them.
- Basic operating information — the minimum needed to keep the service running securely and to fix problems.
Who can see your record
Your documentation is visible to the people on your team who you give access to. When you send a share link, the person you send it to can view that specific report and acknowledge it — nothing more. You decide what to share and with whom.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to host and run the service (for example, cloud storage and hosting). They only handle your data to provide those services to us, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your documentation for as long as your account is active so it's there when a dispute comes up years later. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, get a copy of it, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email hello@veriwalk.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this page
If we update how we handle data, we'll change this page and update the date at the top. For anything material, we'll let account holders know directly.
